At The Pencil Test, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
